Welcome to PENA Bisnis dan Governansi Publik Adaptif (BANGSA)
PENA BANGSA is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by PT. Palem Edukasi Nusantara in collaboration with the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences (FISIE), Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka (USN Kolaka). This journal serves as a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate conceptual ideas and research findings in the field of public administration and manajemen private.
The journal focuses on key issues in the development of public administration and private sector management sciences, including Public Policy Development and Business Management, Public Governance, Corporate Governance, Economic Growth, Digital Transformation, Public Management and Service Innovation, Sustainable Governance, and other specific topics related to public administration and private sector management.

We are delighted to present the inaugural issue (Volume 1, Issue 1) of PENA BANGSA, a journal dedicated to advancing the discourse on public administration, governance, and private sector management. This issue features a collection of 6 scholarly articles contributed by authors from 8 distinguished institutions across Indonesia: Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Pinrang, Universitas Udayana, Lembaga Dakwah Studi Islam Al-Muntazhar, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, Universitas Indonesia Timur, Universitas Hasanuddin, Universitas Terbuka, and Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. The editorial team extends our sincere appreciation to all authors for their valuable contributions in making this inaugural publication possible.
