MAINDO (Majalah Pengabdian Indonesia) Journal as an online-based journal is published by PT. Palm Edukasi Nusantara through the Teras Kampus.

MAINDO Journal articles: Majalah Pengabdian Indonesia are submitted via an electronic process (OJS), so each writer is required to register and submit their manuscript via OJS (Registration).

All submitted manuscripts will be selected by the editorial board. Manuscripts evaluated by the editor that do not meet the journal's criteria will be rejected without external review. Manuscripts that are evaluated to interest our readers are sent to reviewers using the Blind Review system. The editor then makes a decision based on the reviewer's recommendations with several possibilities, namely: rejected, revisions required, or accepted.

The editor has the right to decide which manuscript will be published.

Review Process:
1. The author sends the original manuscript via OJS
2. Initial review by the Editor (some manuscripts may be rejected or returned before the review process). If it does not comply with the scope and template of Jurnal Maindo: Indonesian Service Magazine, it will be REJECTED. If there are things that do not comply with the Maindo Journal: Indonesian Service Magazine, the article will be returned to the author for correction. If the article fits the style of the Maindo Journal: Indonesian Service Magazine, the editor will assign it to a reviewer.
3. The review process is carried out by means of a blind review. There are a total of two (2) reviewers. If the assessment results are not balanced, they will be handed over to additional reviewers. The maximum limit is three months for review.
4. The editor's decision is made based on recommendations from reviewers and the editor's assessment, namely Accept Subscription, Revision Required, Resubmit for Review, or Rejection of Subscription.
5. If the manuscript is sent back to the author for revision, and the author decides to follow the recommendation and resubmit the revised manuscript, there is a 1 month deadline for resubmission. If revisions are not submitted within 1 month, the article will be automatically archived, unless a new deadline is negotiated with the Editor. If the author still wishes to pursue publication in Jurnal Maindo: Indonesian Service Magazine, the author will be asked to make a new submission. If the author decides to withdraw the manuscript, the author must immediately notify the Editor.
